I'll try to summarize this as short as possible, but essentially I had an arraignment scheduled for November of 2024. I was notified by mail about this hearing; however, I rarely check my mail so I didn't know until now. Most times, it's just bills I get in the mail (which I just pay online) along with other useless stuff. Now, fast-forward to February of 2025. I was issued a warrant block. If you're unfamiliar, that just means it prevents me from renewing my driver's license, registering my car, etc. I understand I'll have to pay reinstatement fees. But back to the story: the warrant block was issued, but now under the “case status” section, it says my case was closed. What am I supposed to do? I'm currently writing this at 2:45 am, February 19th. I'm planning on going to the courthouse; they open at 10:00 am, according to the internet, but I'm just confused if the case is closed and when I looked online, it says my license is currently valid.
