How can I obtain a family member's records from a rehab clinic?

Hi guys.. I live in NYC and am in the process of doing what I can to kick out a family member from my house due to her laziness in finding a job, drug use, smoking and arrogant disobedience of house rules in sneaking her unwanted bf into the house - btw I had to call the cops on him twice this past week cuz of that.

Anyway I'd like to know how to obtain her records from her drug rehab clinic in order to help my case against her. I don't know which clinic she goes to, fyi, so I need to know that.
