I'm having to constantly dispute these tickets and it's getting annoying. I live in FL, and this all started as toll violations from all over NY, NJ and DE, since 2021. I kept disputing them and now they finally stopped, for now at least. There was a period where the toll violations had stopped, only for them to return years later. Now it's parking tickets.

I already have a police report and the plate has since been surrendered, I want to know if there's anyone higher up I can contact to stop these for good.
