I have been exploited by small business owners daughter. See, I used my icloud account to download a sonos app to the tasting room iPad, after repeated requests for someone who owns it to add an icloud account and was ignored. After a coupke weeks without good connection to the speakers I decided to use my personal icloud to download the app, then by the time ei removed it and unknown to me there's a group of my photos now saved to the iPad. What's bad about this is that I'd been In a very long distance relationship for a while not so long and that resulted in a good grip of Dick pictures.You know, the kind of stuff that you might send your girlfriend and she's two thousand miles away and You both miss sex with each other. And so the thing is, I noticed on my iCloud. Some of my co-worker and the owner's daughter, some of her pictures were emerged into my iCloud from when I logged into the iPad, which she had obviously been logged into at some point herself. And those photos that ended up in my iCloud were from the iPad once Uploaded from her iPhone or something now. Now, once I realized some of her pictures had been put into my iCloud. I mentioned it to her that I had some of her pictures in my iCloud. And that, I hoped that none of mine had gone into her eyecloud because I had some private pictures that I don't want anyone to see and I didn't even consider that they would be saved to the iPad. I was just thinking that worst thing that could happen with the be that they would be in. Her eye clouded on Her phone. So I warned her and she acted like she didn't know anything about this and I don't think she did. Next thing you know, she has a co-worker up in the office that she shares with her dad. The owner and I witnessed them because they don't know. I'm listening right outside the door giggling. Laughing, making fun acting like high school girls at a slumber party. They scrolled through picture after picture making fun of mean. Gross, I don't show me oh God I can't look away. It's so gross, laughing like little Teenage girls. Now, this is The owner's daughter and also the girl who handles payroll. Is the sales manager, Handles the events for clients, sits on the right hand of her father, his business. On the other side, i once sat. Im good at what i do, exceptional. In fact. My work ethic is on a high level, and thats not a doubt. So, i heard her having a blast Laughing at my vulnerable accidentally-not intentionally- shared pictures, which I had warned her could be somewhere and that if she would avoid lookingot them at all, costs and be vigilant, Was my attention to avoid hurting them now. Here, I was witnessing. Heard obviously having gone and sought out finding these pictures so that she could then exploit me to her friend and co-worker. Michael work her behind my band then from there. I witnessed the both of those girls. Treat me with a cold shoulder. As if they knew a secret that I didn't know. I, I confront both of them basically saying. What's the deal with the cold shoulder? I'm neither one of them said a word to me about what they had seenow then. More of this cold lack of communication happens between me and owner's daughter, who I happen to need to communicate with for operations of the business. And so in the face of lack of communication, I send her an email saying saying Hey, we need to be able to communicate what's going on and her response was that she had seen something on her iPad on the iPad that she calls her iPad. But really it's the bar iPad that I had mistakenly put on there for my pictures like we'd discussed and it was traumatizing. And she just needed a few days to get Uber it and she was acting all like she was a victim or somethand that's all I let her know that I heard her and my other co-worker having a good time, looking at them together at my expense. To which she replies. I don't want to talk about this right no to which I said. That's fine, but you're not going to pretend like. You're traumatized by this for are you? It was a picture of me naked. I wasn't doing anything else. It wasn't traumatizing, certainly not welcomed and to be avoided which I try to warn you. I did warn you what I got in response to that email. Was her father? My boss in my face throw me out of the business and effectively when I stood up for myself to this nonsense I got fired. Or I quit - by standing up to him. , I have tried with a lot of emails to get him to be realistic to realize that his daughter was manipulating him to realize that what she did was very wrong and choosing to exploit me for a laugh with her friend who is really not her friend but it's my that works for her business. She called her off to the office. Took the iPad up there specifically to shower these things. And I heard them laughing and for a while too. Now she's trying to act like she was traumatized. She this little, this girl who's not a little girl but an adult cried to her mother, that day I was told and she's 22 years old, has a boyfriend that she spends the night with. I can't imagine she's never seen a penis befthe whole thing. Is ridiculous. And I'm embarrassed and I'm also upset that she would exploit me instead of protecting me by first of all, just deleting the pictures quietly. Not looking through them like I asked her not to certainly not sharing them with another person so that I can be treated strangely at work and then ultimately beat accused by her father, who tells me in the process that he's responding as a dad, not as a boss. And refuses to be rational to understand that his daughter's manipulating him and me and that she's certainly isn't traumatized and has no reason to be traumatized. I wasn't having sex with an animal or anything illegal. I was no sex act in the pictures. I was just naked with an erection. Now I'm not debating whether that should be avoided. Putting on the work iPad note should not have been there. It was not intentional, it was just. A technological blooper. I'll be at frankly for me very embarrassing. Made worse by my co-worker's decision. Do spread it further into the ranks of our other emplease who happened to be subordinate Of hers and Mine. Clearly this is Behavior of an immature person person and I would say unethical. Further. I think it's slanderous. Considering she told her father, the owner and her mother that she was traumatized by what I had done in putting those photos on the iPad, which is not true at all. It was not my intention and I even warned her which really prompted her to go do all of this and she set me up nice. So... Like I said, I've tried to amicably resolve this with the owner who I have had. 0 problems in 6 months working together. We have been a good team. No ride ups, no suspensions. No disciplinary actions, nothing but positive. And then everything goes up and smoke. D and I'm getting kicked out and never welcomed back. Because I got heated when he got heated with me over a s*** That wasn't even true anyway, I digress. I'm wondering if I have a civil suit here worth pursuand gathering opinions on that and I don't think there's an employment case since... Louisiana has laws and courts said to be friendly to business owners. There are zero state legislated labor laws, but that the state follows federal regulations, but nothing more. I've been led to believe that the courts are also business owner friendly, and for a case to have any legs regarding employment disputes, a clear discrimination must occur, and you'd have to be in a protected class to have any claims of discrimination. I'm a straight white male. We don't get discriminated against. So what does any one have any opinion on what I should do? As far as AA civil suit or or otherwise. I don't want him to get away with treating me this way and completely allowing me to be embarrassed like that exploited and also fired all in the same day took away all my income. That I was planning on making the whole thing stinks and II know she did something wrong at least a few things wrong.
