I 38m work in a small factory setting. Pretty much family owned. So everyone knows everyone. To some degree. Lots of joking around.

But the vp of the company is super toxic.will and has called the floor workers his "bitches". 5-6 of us over the intercom.

Then one day we had some down time and were all grouped up talking waiting on work orders to come through. And we were making jokes. And the vp is standing next to me cracks a dick joke grabs my hand without my consent and tells me to make a fist. And bulls my hand like he was gonna use it on his groin.

I had this wtf are you doing moment. While everyone is laughing . And I didn't think it was at all funny. But didn't bring it to hr cause I don't think they would do anything about it. And now it's been months. And it's like a couple of the guys won't drop it. And keep just bringing it up and laughing.

Now it's a even worse environment than it was before. But I've not reported it cause I need the money. And not a lot of places highering in my area.
