Driving privilege suspended in a state I no longer live in.

Post Body

Ok so I was a Washington state resident from 2013-2017 when I was active military. During that time I got a motorcycle license in WA which made me surrender my NJ (home state) license and obtained a WA license. When I left the military and moved back to NJ in 2017 I went to the DMV and had my NJ license reinstated. Fast forward to 2019 and I got a DUI in NJ, paid all my dues and had my license suspended for 3 months then reinstated. Today I tried to get a Nevada license since I’m now living in NV and my driving record popped for not having a driving privilege in WA. I called WA’s DMV and they said NJ reported my DUI to them meaning my WA license was still valid during that time so WA also suspended my license and required an ignition interlock (was not required in my NJ DUI). What can I do here? I have not even been to WA since 2017 and had no idea I even had a valid WA license after getting my NJ license back in 2017. I would have imagined that license was supposed to be voided.
