Hello Reddit,
I have a bedroom in a house I am renting out to a roommate. I want to make sure I cover myself so my question is. Should I have a lease agreement, a roommate agreement or both in place to make sure I am protected?
I have a mortgage on my house which I am living in. My daughter moved out and I have a spare room. My daughter’s friend wants to rent the spare room from me for herself.
