I am currently in an unauthorized sublet. My roommate is renting from a landlord and he originally moved in with another roommate who is still on the lease. i moved in on october 1st 2024 and have been paying half of rent and utilities to him since then and getting my mail delivered to here. i am not on the lease. i have documents of all online payments and our arrangement agreement via text. he has moved in another unauthorized occupant as of a few days ago who is sleeping on the couch and entered my room without permission which i have recorded from my security camera. honestly, i am so upset that he is doing all of this. he originally gave me a 24 hour notice to vacate just because he wanted his sister to move in and i told him that’s not legal so he sent me a text 30 day notice, told him that’s ALSO not legal and then he did this. im so upset that i want them to go down with me,

WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE SURE THEY ALL GET EVICTED WITH ME? SHOULD I GO TO THE LEASING OFFICE?
