IVE been going through dcf and cps for roughly 4-5 years without any help from my abusive household. Been put through so much tourture and stuff that I don’t think can be said on here(I haven’t read the rules sorry mods). I had a trip for the holidays and was given permission but had gotten sick with Diabetic Keto Acidosis and ended up in hospital. Dcf was contacted after my mother decided that I was a “runaway” and that I didn’t ask for permission even though I have text messages with her showing that I had permission and that she was well aware of where I was (I have 2 people that were on call when I asked for permission as witness and all). With all the evidence given to dcf and cps they still took my mothers side even after telling them about the ongoing abuse and mistreatment I was going through.(my mother isn’t really in my life nor do I know where she even lives) I am back now at home and stuff have gotten worst without me doing anything at all. I’ve contacted my mother and asked her why she didn’t just sign away her parental rights and give me to the state. She then said that she would be more than happy to sign those papers. I was very happy about this because it gave me hope at hopefully getting out of a shitty household. What are the documents I need to get for her to sign and how would that be done for her to give me to the state voluntarily.(I have a case open already if that helps my case)
