For small claims, how do I serve papers on a corporation in another country?

Post Body

Looking at the US Department of transportation website it says that I have to file the claim in the jurisdiction where the defendant has a business location. The defendant does business in my city, but their mailing address is in a different country.

The small claims instructions for my jurisdiction say that I need to list the registered agent of the corporation. How do I go about getting that? I called the corporation's customer service and they wouldn't tell me. That doesn't seem legal but what am I going to do, sue with them for that too... I guess I have to call their corporate office right?
