So once the report is filled can I unregister and cancel the insurance on it making myself obsolved from any ties to the car until it is detected. I got scammed by crackheads. They would pay me to give them rides to a gas station who knows what they did in there, I would allow them to use the car for a short amount of time and we built up rapport, he was a veteran so that also made me have a lot more respect and trust in them. One day they just took off (6 days ago) tossed the air tag, but have been spotted by people I know in the city. I just am curious like if something happens with the car and I do all this I will effectively have nothing to do with it and it will be all on them. I don’t want to have ties with the car until they retrieve it or I do, but yeah I don’t wanna pay the insurance for it either I’m not even in possession of it so why would I pay.
