so not only has he let himself into the house constantly saying he was changing the furnace filter bt not giving no notice no nothing claimed the city was complaining about my yard in winter when everyone yard looked the same all snow and he has also gotten into my face after just letting himself in the house and we had an agreement that we were to buy this house for 30k rent to own bt he went back on that deal and the basement was to be done b4 my son was born and he turns 4 next month bt he also threw at of my stuff away when I was in jail and now that we are moving he wanted me out faster so he talked to a cop that gives Nuisance orders then posed my door saying I have 3 days to get out bt yet tells me he's okay with stuff being here till the first and pushed me to throw away more of my stuff my overwhelming me and did I Mention that he's also my brother in law and I want to know if there's anything legally I can do to humble him tbh if I could id take him for everything he's got and more he just a slumlord oh and there is no sign lease or anything between us either cause of the whole deal he was going to sell us the property at 30k that went out the window
