So a few weeks ago this drunk 70 year old guy hit my dog and punched me in the face. He’s always drunk at the park daily drinking whisky.

That same night I parked outside and he walked by and I asked him why he had the nerve to hit my dog and he said she was drinking from his water dish…uhh okay. He hit me again and I knocked him on his ass.

He waited 8-12 hours then called the police but they couldn’t find me (neighbor clued me in) he probably had to sober up.

So the third incident was I called the police on his drinking in the park. They showed up and he threw a liquid at me and I reacted with mace.

I just got handed with a temporary restraining order yesterday but it gets better. His Facebook page is public and full of incriminating things like how he was arrested for threatening a woman with a bat at the park over her dog going near his unvaccinated dog.

As well as tons of posts about falling asleep in the park drunk or downing a bottle of kettle one. He’s not homeless he’s in a senior section 8 apartment across the street. I’m throwing all of these posts in my response.

I think I’m in the clear here since I have overwhelming evidence of his alcoholism and drunkenness in public being the source of the issues?
