Forced part time for chronic illness.

Hey just hoping someone can help, I have a chronic illness that’s heavily documented, I see several specialist and can give all proof needed. Having said that I do miss work often due to it. My boss is trying to force me part-time so he doesn’t have to pay benefits. Company is too small for FMLA. What rights do I have? Thanks
