my friend called me to pick up last night from some bar. She was acting belligerent and causing a scene resulting in the manager calling the cops, I managed to pick her up in time before the cops arrived. After looking at her car I noticed that her bumper was barely hanging on and fender was damaged along with her headlight. I asked her what happened and she said she may have hit someone’s car or a curb, she’s doesn’t remember. So my question is will she be notified if she hit someone and how will she get notified. And what kind of repercussions are involved with this, she is from Ontario Canada. I just want to give her good advice. She says her dad can fix the damage and she doesn’t need to call insurance.
