Post Body
Recently hired a worker to do some yard work. Left a check signed ( I know dumb of me) for them to complete at the end of their work. By my calculations it should have been 300 but was cashed for 500. It was a private person not a company or business. Iโm in California. Iโd venture to guess that the cops will say itโs a small claim court matter. Is it? Is that little money worth pursuing legal actions?
