Got in a car accident 3 months ago this week I finished all my physical therapy I get a call my attorney informing me that the place I did my PT sued the law firm years ago and that I either had to find an another attorney or I had to find another place to get treatment I told I had completed all my treatment and I'll keep her as my attorney. Physical therapy office needs the name PIP insurance company but attorney didn't text me back the information.I spoke to her paralegal last week and according to him the driver's insurance they haven't taken responsibility yet. Is that bad sign? Should I keep an eye on looking for a new attorney?
