I paid someone to fix my equipment but it was returned with additional damage
Post Body

I don't know what kind of problem this would fall under so the Flair is left blank.

Im from MS central, So a few months ago I had snagged the HDMI port in my Xbox SX, and because sending it in to Microsoft I had it brought to a local shop to be fixed. (They took payment in advance insteqd of on completion if that means anything). But whenever it was returned to me it had additional frame damage and left visible evidence of tampering, the guy even ripped the cover tagg off right in front of me. But I had waited long enough it didn't seem worth arguing about at the time.

Now I have a new problem, my Xbkx has a startup error and I can't even turn the damn thing on, but it's covered in my warranty so I sent it off to Microsoft to be resolved, but it was sent back to me without repair.

I looked into it, and apparently the additional frame damage is enough to void service to my console, and just to get that fixed by Microsoft will cost half the price of a new console. I have to many personal bills to pay so I can't really afford that right now.

It's been about three months since the first repair, (due to long return wait and extra digging). I was wondering if I could seek compensation for the damage.
