I have evidence that she stated she would repay me a few days ago and it has been radio silence. She has a history of being threatening and lying to the landlord and I. I was originally only going to bring her to court for the $1500 I paid her (first and security) but would I be justified in also tacking on interest for the court fees (as this could have been simply resolved if she just got me my money to begin with)? Also, she will not be at the address I was going to move into because she is getting evicted. Will this affect whether she will be able to appear in small claims? Thanks!
