I told our performance food service guy that I was only at a restaurant as a manager, the restaurant is now closed I have no form of income and I thought I signed the papers as a manager because it literally said “manager signature” and I guess I missed a spot didn’t read a part so now I’m getting called. I just had my first and very last name. I didn’t add my DOB, SSN, it was just my first and last name, and my basic signature. It was my fault for not reading it… but I have no source of income as mentioned, I was in a bad accident and my car got totaled because an idiot passed a red light. This company threatened me with getting personal assets. I don’t have cars just a 10,000$ mobile home under my name, but I really have no source of income I also have my son I have no one to watch him.. would I be ok if I just didn’t pay them? I was literally just there as a manager I’m not an owner by any means. I’m just worried bc the mobile home is all I have. :/
