I had new neighbors move into my apartment complex about one year ago. And started making formal complaints through email to the complex on July 10th, 2024.
Long story short they shake the entire building on average 5 times per hour. You cannot relax, work, study or even be here for the most part.
I have sent my property management months worth of documentation, with dates/times and complaint descriptions over the past 5 months, as well as video/audio recordings and police reports. My complex says they will take care of it and nothing ever happens. They told me they were sending them a 10 day notice once and nothing came of that.
I live in WA state and we have a covenant of quiet enjoyment in every lease regardless of it being explicitly stated. I am wondering what else I can do as far as a tenant and holding the property management accountable, for failing to address these concerns over a 5 month period.
Please advise
