My landlord emailed me the following message (some info redacted):

Hello,

We have a tour scheduled for your unit Tuesday November 26th at 1pm for a prospect to view an โ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆ floorplan. This will only take about 5 minutes and a leasing agent will be present the whole time. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.

My understanding from the terms of my lease is that they can't do this unless I'm basically about to move out, which I'm not. Here's the language from the lease itself (bold mine):

WHEN WE MAY ENTER. If you or any guest or occupant is present, then repairers, servicers, contractors, our representatives, or other persons listed in (b) below may peacefully enter the apartment at reasonable times for the purposes listed in (b) below. If nobody is in the apartment, then such persons may enter peacefully and at reasonable times by duplicate or master key (or by breaking a window or other means when necessary) if:

(a) written notice of the entry is left in a conspicuous place in the apartment immediately after the entry; and

(b) entry is for: responding to your or any co-residentโ€™s request; making repairs or replacements; estimating repair or refurbishing costs; performing pest control; doing preventative maintenance; changing filters; testing or replacing smoke-detector batteries; retrieving unreturned tools, equipment, or appliances; preventing waste of utilities; leaving notices; delivering, installing, reconnecting, or replacing appliances, furniture, equipment, or access control devices; removing or rekeying unauthorized access control devices; removing unauthorized window coverings; stopping excessive noise; removing health or safety hazards (including hazardous materials), or items prohibited under our rules; removing perishable foodstuffs if your electricity is disconnected; retrieving property owned or leased by former residents; inspecting when immediate danger to person or property is reasonably suspected; allowing entry by a law officer with a search or arrest warrant, or in hot pursuit; showing apartment to prospective residents (after move-out or vacate notice has been given); or showing apartment to lenders, appraisers, contractors, prospective buyers, or insurance agents.
