Post Body

I was laid off in September, in the contract it’s started that they would pay me for 3 more months starting 7 days after I signed and sent the contract and keep my benefits. I could’ve lived with with the first two breaches but they’ve done some shit to piss me off at this point, like say they let me go due to “moving the position in house” then tell unemployment they let me go due to “conflict of interest”. 1st breach: they didn’t pay me within the 7 days because they miscommunicated between themselves and I didn’t get my first pay till the following week. 2nd breach: they stopped my benefits 3 weeks in. 3rd breach: they’re not paying me tomorrow when they’re suppose to (I have a app to see my pay before it hits) What legal standing do I have with this? Also if I could get more because at this point I want them to get what they deserve.
