This morning (11/21), I ran over a school bus stop by accident. I have no excuse and know about the new GA law regarding about passing school bus stop. I will probably receive the mail ticket later and I am ready to pay the fines. However, I was driving using my dad’s car. Around 2 years ago, he also violated this same problem and received the mail ticket (already paid). This time, is there anything can I do in advance to prove that I was the one who controlled the vehicle? I am afraid they will treat him like a repeat offender and do something bad. Thank you in advance!
Tldr: Passing a school bus stop in GA using my dad’s car. Is there anyway to prove that I was the one behind the wheel?
