Post Body
To start I'm not in a union there was no other sub. I was hired as a seasonal worker in April 2015 until fall of 2017 I was laid off for the last time. From 2018 I worked a 45 hr week all year no layoffs until fall of 2023. When I was told I was getting laid off for 2 months so other people could work. Questions are 1) what are my rights 2) am I not considered regular full time permanent for working that got 5 seasons/years 3) am I entitled to any thing like seniority or tenure I'm coming up on 9 years 7 months total employment to date. Thank you in advance if anyone needs any clarification or indepth please ask away.
