Short story, My father has a friend that has two kids, he would help babysit the kids making sure they are sanitized and occasionally gives them baths when it calls for them they go back with their mother. one day when my brother and I were having a feud my father texted saying he had just been interrogated about Touching a minor inappropriately and he came back and we discuss what caused this since it was out of left field. He believed they were being coached by their grandma and auntie since her mother would take them to their house here and then but we know nothing about them and don't want to blame someone we don't even know.

One child is a female the other male both about 3-4 is years old. The female told Some people I don't know who specifically that she was being touched inappropriately that led to my father being interrogation. CPS came by to check if we were alright and everything was fine since this is something that has never happened.

I say outside on a rock and my father joined me assuring everything would be fine and that it will be settled soon. We were about to leave but a patrol officer was in the neighborhood. He told them about what was happening and they took him in after some questions. He's in Wichita County Jail on a 100k bond and My legal Knowledge leaves me not knowing what to do. I'm 16 now staying with my mother's parents (grandparents) and has been 2 years since that day. The county has been prejudice because his religion is satanism and his lawyer has barely talked to him.

I have dates of the events that happened by messenger texts with my uncle so I have the order of when everything happened as well as a decent friendship with the Victim who is the child and she's never lied to me before.

Whats the best course of Action? I don't want my father to be locked up for 50 years for something no one truly knows happened, the child shows no signs of Trauma and A.S.A Is sexually assaulting someone with the intent to harm or kill and yet the child left the room like a normal shower, not to mention when she was in the shower I was delivering wipes to my fathers room the same day this (supposedly happened) and I would've heard if anything was wrong. The restroom door is glass and extremely blurry but even then id be able to make out of anything was wrong.

I'm not a lawyer, I don't know if we have money for a lawyer, he's been held there for 2 years and I don't want to lose him. He's been there my whole life and right now I want to help him keep his but I don't know where to start
