As the title says my uncle was scammed by a lady and she added her self to the title of his house. My uncle is death and partially blind and super trusting so she was able to trick him into singing the paper work. Unfortunately my uncle died a few weeks ago. What are the chances we can get the house back from the lady. I am his only next of kin and he did leave a will stating he wanted me to have the house and not her. We also have text between the lady and my uncle asking for her to come back and sign the house back to him.
