Never really posted on Reddit before so sorry if the formatting is wrong. I live and work in central Arkansas. Roughly 4-5 years ago when I was still a teenager and with my ex boyfriend, I would go to our local McDonald’s to see him after I got off work. There was another man there who seems to be in his late 40s early 50s who I exchanged very few words with but I was pleasant. Recently in the past year, he had been trying to friend me in Facebook, would send me messages but I never responded, about 2 months ago not thinking anything of it, I posted my phone number because I had been involved in a community project and people needed to know my primary contact information. Well he found my number from Facebook and texted me, I blocked his number and through that was the end, nope. He then found me on snap and tried to contact me and then again with cash app. He literally requested money with the message “dm me” and then his phone number. Yesterday he tried to call me but since his number is blocked it didn’t go through, he left a voicemail that said “answer the phone girly.” It’s got me a little shaken, this is a man I haven’t seen in 4 years why won’t he leave me alone. Is there anything that can be done? I haven’t come face to face with him so I don’t know if I can actually talk to police. What are my options?
