In 2020 when I was 18 I was living in Missouri by myself.. I had a car that was given to me it was not transferred over in my name yet, I didn't have a license, no registration, no insurance, and fake plates on the car... I made an illegal left turn and caused a car accident.. There were two people in the car and the passenger wasn't wearing a seatbelt and hit their head.. I still feel horribly guilty.. When it happened they gave me a bunch of tickets and never arrested me.. On case.net none of those tickets popped up on my record even to this day.. I haven't contacted them to bring it to their attention all these years.. I've had a license now in a different state for a year, But no car or insurance yet.. Still nothing on my record.. I was notified I have to pay 47k to the other parties insurance company.. But I was wondering if the tickets go away after a certain time since it's been 4 years.. or maybe I could slip under the radar.. Thank you in advance
