I apologise the bad English

I was living bad situation when I had child very young to my older relative. However he was never find at fault to anything ands we are locate in Siberian Russia. At that times I was place in foster care after give birth and my child was in care of this relative. Since last year I manage to get part custody but only see my child once months and wanted to get more time but my relative has say that I am not responsable, cannot afford my child, an thats I am no able care my child. It does not matter what’s I am trying do, he is always prefer as the guardian. So now he threats to gain full custody and I am afraid will not be abel see my child at all. The system here is no helping me but if anyone familiar please telling me what I can try to do to keep my custody an hopfuly to get more time?
