my ex, who will turn 18 next Thursday, will not delete my nudes. I was 15/16 in the pictures, and I am still a minor.

Not only were the nudes taken without my consent, they were also taken without my knowledge. He has blackmailed me with them in the past.

i am going to the police to report him since he won’t delete my nudes no matter how many times ive asked him to.

i am wondering, if there is a difference if i go to the police once hes 18 versus 17. My parents don’t know anything about this, so I don’t want to start a court case nor an investigation. I just want the nudes to be deleted since I was 15/16 in them.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I am very stressed and worried about this whole situation:/
