Scammed on stubhub, need advice

Tonight pop-punk band Say Anything played down at Buffalo RiverWorks. Im pretty sure stubhub let bots sell fake tix and left a bunch of fans stranded outside. Fortunately I had extra cash and got in. Curious if I should seek lawyer or go through fraud with my bank... If anyone has experience with stubhub not following their guarantee I'd appreciate the advice.
