My sister just talked about being sexually abuse by our uncle when she was young. shes 25 now. we need legal help or advice

Hey redditors, so my sister experienced sexual abused when she was young and just started to talk about it. One of the triggers was also because our uncle took out money from our grandma while she was visiting their place without my grandmas consent(took her debit card and cashed out $1000) . So this made my sister take action and started to vent out about her abuse when she was young(about 8yrs old). We need legal help to go forward with this .
