Is it legal to split fees for an assignment contract if I bring a buyer?
Post Body

I am in Florida. If someone holds an assignment contract on a property, and another person brings in a buyer who wants to take over the contract, can the person who brought the person legally split the assignment fees without a license? Additionally, can they offer to split their own share of the fees with someone who brings a buyer to the person who holds the contract?
