my sister stole money from me, not sure how to handle the situation since I'm living with her.
Post Body

My mom passed away from cancer, she gave me her toyata prius in her will, the car was a silver 2013 prius and looking online it sells between 4500 - 12k$.

My mom gave ME, the car in her will. Not my sister. My mom even stated before she passed away "I want you to take the car, and sell it so your bills are paid off" and I said I would and agreed.

How ever my sister sold the car to my other sister for I believe around $2500 - $3500 since it had around almost 100k miles on it. Sister 2 said she would pay $200 - $400 per month on the car and make small payments. I agreed and said it was fine to sell it to sister #2.

But now my sister stole my money, said "I'm using it to pay for groceries around the house" Half the time I'm not even allowed to eat despite it suppose to being my money.

She basically stole my money that was suppose to pay off my bills.

What should I do? because I live with her until I get back on my feet. I need this money, I'm out of work right now and that car was suppose to pay off my bills until I got back on my feet. I can't afford a lawyer at all so I don't know what to do in this situation.
