I’m looking for some advice about my current situation. I have court at a municipal court tomorrow for an mip and careless driving charge. I got pulled over doing a burnout in a roommate’s truck right outside the house we live in. I was asked to blow a breathalyzer and said no to it but was field sobriety tested. I passed it or I would probably have a dui. I was given an mip and careless driving at the same time for that so my court dates the same. I am wondering what to say in court and what outcome to try and get.
