I was r**ed and there was 2 people in the room, neither moved. I think the female wanted to and possibly tried to but the male told her not to.

I had evidence but it wasn’t preserved properly and anytime I saw it I went into a really bad place so I gave the box to a family member and she lost it-

I want to message the female who was in the room and phrase the text in a way where she may say anything to validate the reality of what happened for possible court action. If I asked her straight up I’m sure she would not answer or would not respond well.

Looking for advice on how to possibly word this message and if this could even be used as evidence if I did get an answer anyhow.

It’s really unfortunate anyone I’ve talked to about this goes silent and gives that “I let people be abused stare” and just says that’s just how he is.

This was years ago and I’m not sure if I will move forward with it because life is a bitch and idk when I’ll have the energy to do so but it obviously still is a huge bother mentally.
