So few months ago after my wife of 15 years not working we paid 20k in debt out of my retirement. Last month she cheated across state lines. 2 weeks ago served me with divorce. Last week I looked at an apartment. Last Fri I got served with a bs restraining order. Yesterday I got it dismissed. Last Friday I transferred my retirement to pay rent for a year. Well fidelity put it into an account that wasn’t even listed. It was a joint account. I found out today and pulled remaining 14k and paid a year in full. She paid 26k in debt with the remainder since the 25th of Oct. is there any legal action I can take? I also owe 20k on the van she drove to cheat with and her mom is co signer. They won’t let me use it for my kids.
