I am about to mail in my dispute / reasonings,,,,, essentially the IL Tollway system kicked out my debit card once a month for 3 months,,,, and it’s a pain in the ass to fix. So after the third kickback I gave up on it for three years, and now im being mailed the following verbiage:

“In accordance with the Toll Highway Act, 605 ILCS 10/1, et seq., and Part 2520 of Title 92 of the Illinois Administrative Code, you were issued a Notice of Violation regarding violation(s) listed in the referenced Invoice. At no time on or after issuance of the Notice of Violation did you pay the total amount due, as stated thereon, or request a hearing. Your failure to timely pay the Notice of Violation, in full, or request a hearing constitute an admission of your liability for the tolls and fees set forth in the table on the reverse side of this notice. Based on your liability for said tolls and fees, pursuant to Part 2520, you also are liable for fines in the amount set forth in the detail table on the reverse side of this notice. Accordingly, you are hereby legally obligated to pay the total amount set forth herein.

Failure to pay the total amount due or otherwise satisfy the outstanding toll violation(s), fee(s) and fine(s) will result in continued collections. You have the right to seek judicial review of this Final Order of Liability under the Administrative Review Law. 92 III. Admin. Code 2520.740(k). To the extent allowable by law, if your vehicle is registered in the State of Illinois, non-payment for any toll, fee or fine resulting from this Final Order of Liability, if it relates to five (5) or more violations, may result in the Illinois Tollway petitioning the Secretary of State for suspension of your IL vehicle registration, and you will be responsible for any costs associated therewith.”

I didn’t pay from Dec 2021-June 2024. Please please do not say mean things to me as I know this was a huge fuck up and I’m scared of what’s going to happen. Like I’m shitting myself please help me
