Is it still possible to sue SmileDirect?
Post Body
I recently received a text message from (as they claim) a former doctor, Dr. Direct, about receiving a discount offer on Express Liner Treatment. After paying 2.6 thousand on SmileDirect Liners which never gave me the smile I asked for I have the message saved and am actually fed up that they would try to reach out to me to steal more money so I was wondering if I can get the ball rolling and how easy/hard that might be.
