Can my landlord restrict access to the dumpster?

Post Body

Hi all, my management companies that have been running my terrible terrible department complex in North Georgia have decided that they are going to input a valet trash service but at the cost of this, we are no longer allowed to throw away our own trash in the dumpsters on site without a hefty fine. My question is if there’s nothing in the lease about us not being able to throw away our trash and I never signed anything to amend my lease to add that condition in about it costing a fee and everything to do it. Is there any legal standing for them to fine me if I were to throw away my trash? this question arises as they are not going to be picking up all the way from Halloween day until November 3 and I just don’t think that one little trashcan is going to be able to hold up for me over the weekend.

Edit: I would also like to add that they are threatening additional fines for anybody who leaves their trash out before the trash people are actually there to come and pick it up or if you leave your empty trashcan outside too far into the next day
