(Colorado, if necessary) I was going down the highway yesterday and cars were stopping in front of me suddenly, so I hit my brakes and my car started fish tailing and when I try to correct it I overcorrected and hit the concrete barrier where the front driver side wheel was, causing the Taurus to flip up and then roll over across the two lanes to my right and stop on the side of the road on its wheels. The top of the Taurus over the passenger seat is dented in pretty heavily from flipping. I had a passenger in the front seat next to me at the time of the crash as well.
What are my options as none of the airbags in the vehicle deployed?
