Hello - I can’t seem to get an answer even from credit card companies. If someone who is named as an authorized user on a credit card (in a verbal agreement to use it “liberally” for anything) makes purchases such as furniture, etc - Who owns the actual items purchased?? Specifically if the order was completely in the authorized user’s name from the merchant’s perspective and there was never any oral or written restriction by the primary cardholder on purchases, and those bills have been paid in full….
