Post Body

Hello, I'm having a lot of difficulties dealing with my fathers crazy girlfriend in regards to her seeing him/having access to him at the hospital he is currently at. He was involved in an abusive relationship with her for the past few years, and which has gotten him involved with drugs as well as disease. He crashed his truck because of confusion from meningitis after getting into an argument with her and it's a miracle that he's alive. Since him being in the hospital she has been harassing me to give her access to see him and I have told the hospital that she is not allowed. A code word has been placed for anyone that I allow to see him will know, but there is only so much that a hospital can do without me just putting him on complete restriction, meaning I wouldn't have access either. He has brain damage from the crash and meningitis so he is orientated enough for him to make his own decisions, nor do i believe at this time he would make the right ones. I'm looking into becoming his temporary guardian as well as a no contact order on her, between her and I. Posting because I'm scared about what she is going to try and do to see him and what I have the capability of doing. She has told me that she has already seen him, the hospital says that she hasn't. So I don't know what to believe or what to do until I'm able to get paperwork moving. She claims that they are 'engaged' which I also don't believe. Please help.
