Post Body

I am trying to close on my house and the title company found a judgment for child support. To add to that, I am current and owe no back support. Apparently the custodial parent has to be the one to sign off on the partial release stating that I am current on support.

She initially agreed to sign but then stood up our bank lender and is refusing to sign at this point. Do I have any legal recourse?
