Highschool Coach knows about football team hazing younger players?

Would a coach get in legal trouble if he’s know about his team hazing incoming freshman for the past 15 years?
He never participated in the events but knew pieces about what occurred those nights. Kids were shot with air soft guns and had to do cookie races amongst other unknown things.
