For the last 8 months my son and his soon to be ex-wife have been involved in a custody dispute. The guardian ad litem has recommended his son be with him to the court. She has opened two DSS cases which they closed after finding them unfounded. Now she has opened a title 9 case with his university. We will have to hire another attorney for this. Our family law attorney doesn't handle title 9 issues. For sake of argument let's assume these are false charges also. When does her actions turn from custody dispute to harrassment? I'm afraid next steps for her will be criminal charges against him.
