My GF and her mom were parked in a tacobell parking lot eating when a cop rolled up and started questioning them. GFâs mom is on probation so the officer used that as a reason to pull them out of the car and search the vehicle and their personâs. The officer then accused my GF of using drugs because âshe looks like she doesâ. The officer justified the stop as âwanting to check on themâ. What is the legality of this?
