So if a man wants to divorce his wife of 10 years, how is this gonna most likely play out...
The house is in his name. Was an inheritance from his parents. Her name is no where on it. Along with some cars too. Also inheritance.
Him and his dad opened a bakery a little over 2 years ago. She has not wanted anything to do with it at all. Whats gonna happen with that?
They have no kids together.
He does still want to help financially with his fil and take him to dr appts since his (the fil) 3 kids are deadbeats (including the wife).
Do u think he could offer support for the fil and still get all of the house and business? I mean i kno thats on a case by case situation but whats the lukely hood of a judge saying that is enough. She works 2 jobs.
The bakery is his life and to lose some of it to her would devastate him.
And how long do u think this cpuld take to get it finalized?
