Can a privately run treatment facility require you to provide UAs under direct observation?

Post Body

So I currently live in a privately run treatment facility that is also my employer. They require random ua tests which is fine but I guess they caught some people trying to cheese the tests so they moved the ua location from the bathroom with stalls to a single toilet bathroom with the tester directly behind us. This is honestly understandable considering the circumstances but I hear they are trying to put a mirror directly in front of the toilet so as a man that means I practically have to make eye contact with another man while he's staring at my junk. This I have an issue with. Is this legal?
